1. To make the salad,place 2 dessert spoons of olive oil, 3 dessert spoons of vinegar, and 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds in a bowl. Once everything is added, stir well
2. Cut off the ends of the cucumber and slice in half length ways, leaving two semi-circular pieces. Cut these into thin slices
3. Dice the Celery sticks
4. Drain the tuna
